You appear to be unaware than some sharia countries either ban male doctors from treating women or (more leniently) require that any genitalia examination be conducted through a mirror.

This is one case where the West isn't alone.

But my point is that this is not the case regarding gynocologists in the West, which is what I was referring to. Which is why I have wondered why the pedo hysteria hasn't been inflicted upon male gynocologists of all vocations in the West.
