I saw this too, and it also annoyed me. a middle-aged professor who's also basically a deranged pedophile. I would expect nothing less from an article that's attempting to be funny. I don't visit Cracked to get in-depth literary reviews. Although some people do attack Humbert in this way, any intelligent (and honest) reader of the text will be able to see that he's not a black-and-white character. under no conceivable circumstance would any girl on the planet, regardless of her personal preferences or individual level of experience, willingly go anywhere with a filthy "pedophile" like Humbert. The funny thing is, when she did finally manage to escape Humbert's "clutches", she ran off - willingly - with another "pedophile"!
