Cunt is from the Latin cunnus, which means vulva.
Hardly; cunt is a Germanic word (Old Norse kunta, Old Frisian, Middle Dutch, Middle Low German and older variants of High German kunte).

Btw, the entry for kunte in the Grimm brothers' Deutsches Wörterbuch is funny because the author of the article (published in 1873) seems to have been completely unaware of the Norse and English words.
