With cartoons, you only have the drawer and the consumer.

With modelling pics, you have the photographer, the consumer - AND the models and her family.

In case one, you have two possible guilty parties.

In case two, you have the same parties, but also an intermediary whose cooperation can tilt the balance to one or the other side.

Webe was shut down when one model and mom switched allegiances from beauty to suppression.

The Ukrainians, for all the noise made, haven't produced a single conviction because the models and families are not cooperating with the prosecution.

Which is a small sample of why, while decrying all the familial abuse, I still think that families are the single most important ally that we could have.
