Erotic fiction might be somewhat realistic (Depending on how the author writes it), but it's still fictional people in fictional situations. And this type of stuff should be protected under the law as they do have artistic value. And what kind of law is that anyway? Artistic value? People think a paint splatter on a canvas has artistic value, but I don't. Artistic value is subjective, so how can you make a law on something that's a subjective view?
