Children can't reproduce yet so they see it as an illness to be sexually attracted to them, then why taking homosexuality out of the DSM and not pedophilia? I think there's more to their viewing it as a mental illness than the fact that kids can't reproduce. The very fact that they don't consider homosexuality as one actually illustrates this. I don't think they are contradicting themselves with any type of argument about reproduction capabilities. They just have a whole different set of prejudices against us. Some of which LGL illustrated in his reply to you. I can't really agree with you on not caring what may happen in the future. I think you're downplaying the severity of what she can be led to believe. She's not being idiotic if she buys into it. I'd say even smart girls can be led astray by the heavy sex negative culture we live in. |
