You mentioned homosexuals and I had this thought recently (sorry to be a bit off-topic here): how can the same-sex sexual attraction not be viewed as a mental illness anymore by the APA's DSM when the sexual attraction of children still is?. Because we are told adults can consent and children cannot consent because children are to immature to make a reasonable choice in this matter. With this in mind the mental illness comes into play because anyone wanting sex with a prepubescent child has a cognitive distortion if we think otherwise. We are told there is a power and control issue's when an adult dealing with a child.We are told children are incapable of desiring sex so anyone taking advantage of this innocence has to have mental issues. Do I agree with this? No I don't, but in SOT this we were subjected to this mantra over and over again. It all has to do with consent. LITTLE GIRL LOVER
