Abducted Katja Leendertz to return to Holland

Last year I made a post about Katja Leenderz, who was "abducted" and taken by her father to the United States. In fact she wasn't abducted, he got custody over her according to USA law. But now another US judge ruled she has to return to her mother in the Netherlands. Right, wrong ? I don't know but I do know children are often the real victim in a divorce.
